No.F.101(344)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)/(iv)/1624 - The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), hereby appoints Shri Bharat Bhushan, DHJS (Retd.) as Member of the Appellate Tribunal Delhi Value Added Tax for the period upto 31st March, 2007 or till such time his successor joins, whichever is earlier.
