Section 80-IC(2)(a) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, notified Industrial Areas of Uttaranchal for Income tax exemption NOTIFICATION NO. 283/2006, DATED 3-10-2006 S.O. 1661(E). (1) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 80-IC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, vide number S.O. 741(E), dated the 28 th June, 2004, namely:- In the said notification, in the SCHEDULE, under the heading STATE OF UTTARANCHAL , - (a) in sub-heading (1) DISTRICT ALMORA, after S.
