Section 10(23EA) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 notifies the "National Stock Exchange Investor Protection Funds Trust" as an Investor Protection Fund - 253/2005 - Income Tax

Section 10(23EA) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 notifies the "National Stock Exchange Investor Protection Funds Trust" as an Investor Protection Fund Notification No. 253/2005, dated 29-11-2005 S.O. 1678(E) .In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (23EA) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the National Stock Exchange Investor Protection Fund Trust Mahindra Towers, A Wing, 1st Floor, RBC, Worli, Mumbai 400018 as an Investor Protection Fund set up by National Stock Exchange of India Limited, a recognized stock exchange in India, for the purposes of the said clause.
