Amendments in Notification No. 38(RE-2007)/2004-09 dated 15.10.2007 NOTIFICATION NO. 40(RE-2007)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI, THE 22 nd OCTOBER 2007 S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No.38 (RE-2007) 2004-09 dated 15.10.2007. 2. The entry at S.No.45AA in Chapter 10 under Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items stands substituted as under: - Sl. No. Tariff Item HS Code Unit Item Description Export Policy Nature of Restriction 45AA 10063020 Kg Basmati Rice including (Dehusked (Brown), semi milled, milled both in either par-boiled or raw condition). Free Exports to Russian Federation permitted subject to pre-shipment quality certification issued by Sri Ram Institute for Industrial Research or any other agency as may be notified from time to time. 3.
