Amendment in Notification No. SO 490(E) dated the 29th March, 2007 Notification No. 23/2007[F.No.NC-274/03/2007], dated 16-7-2007 SO. 1167(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause ( b ) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government amends the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of revenue) number SO 490(E) dated the 29th March, 2007, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 4, for the words, brackets, figures and letters for Animal Husbandry and Natural Resources which is being carried out by Foundation for Ecological Security, National Dairy Development Board Building, Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi 110029, without any change in the approved cost of ₹ 875.21 lakhs , the words, letters and figures for Ecological Security and Livelihood 'without any change' in the approved cost of ₹ 233.46 lakhs , shall be substituted.
