NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th March, 2008 S.O.714(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby amends the notification number S.O. I 243 (E) dated the 26th July, 2007, constituting the Approval Committee for the information technology/information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu developed by M/s. Flextronics Technologies (India) Private Limited, namely : In the said notification, (i) in paragraph 1 for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: "I.
