Amendments to Notification No.85 (RE 2007)/2004-09, dated the 17th March, 2008 - Regarding Ban on export of Edible Oils - 11 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 - Foreign Trade Policy

NOTIFICATION NO. 11 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI , THE 15 th MAY, 2008 S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments to Notification No.85 (RE 2007)/2004-09, dated the 17 th March, 2008, as amended, vide Notification No. 92 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 1 st April, 2008 read with Notification No.3 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11 th April, 2008. 2. Prohibition imposed by this Notification shall not apply to export of 1,750 MTs of edible oil to Bhutan. 3. This issues in Public Interest. (R.S.
