CBEC appoints Commissioner of Customs authority to for the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Abchal Impex, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi - 60/ 2008 - Customs - Non Tariff

NOTIFICATION NO 60/ 2008-Cus., (N.T.), Dated: May 29, 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawahar Lal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tehsil Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra; and (ii) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Faridabad, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/S Abchal Impex, B-1/594, Janakpuri, Delhi — 58 issued, vide DRI F.No. /25/60/2006-DZU/Part-II/3711-14, dated the 19th June, 2007, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-3 4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O.
