Appoints Common Adjudicator for adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Agarwal Metals and Alloys Notification No. 82 / 2008-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 27 th June, 2008 S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Jawahar Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- (i) the Joint Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Near Balaji Temple, Kandla; and (ii) the Commissioner of Customs, Inter Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Agarwal Metals and Alloys, Survey No. 106/2, Village- Kala, Amboli-Kherdi Road, Silvassa-396230, Union Territory of Dadar and Nagar Haveli, issued vide, F.No.DRI/SRU/INV-10/2006, dated the 28 th March, 2008 by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
