CORRIGENDUM - 394/2002 - Income Tax

CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION No. 394 Dated 13th December. 2002 In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-clause (iv) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 233/2002 dated 03-09-2002 in the case of "Kriahnamurthy Foundation, Chennai", issued from the file of even number:- The name of the institution shall be read as "Krishnamurti Foundation India, Chennai" instead of "Krishnamurthy Foundation, Chennai". 2.
