Export under Excise Rebate - Processed textile fabrics eligble

Notification No. 30/99-CE(N.T.) Dated 11/5/1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1994, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table below, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.

2.	42/94-CE(N.T.), dt.22nd September, 1994	In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 4, in column (2), for the figures and words ""55.14 of the Schedule"", the figures, words, letters and brackets ""55.14, or processed textile fabrics of cotton or man-made fibres, falling under heading Nos. 58.01,58.02, 58.06 (except sub-heading No. 6002.10), of the Schedule"" shall be substituted.
3.	33/98-CE(N.T.), dt.24/8/1998	In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No.3, in column (2), for the figures and words ""55.14 of the Schedule"", the figures, words, letter and brackets ""55.14, or processed textile fabrics of cotton or man-made fibres, falling under heading Nos. 58.01, 58.02, 58.06 (except sub-heading No. 5806.20), 60.01 or 60.02 (except sub-heading No. 6002.10), of the Schedule"" shall be substituted.
4.	41/97-CE (N.T.), dt.22/9/1994	In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (2), for the portion beginning with the brackets, letter and words ""(d) Processed textile fabrics"" and ending with the figures and words ""55.14 of the Schedule"", the brackets, letters words and figures ""(e) processed textile fabrics falling under heading No. 52.07, 52.08, 52.09, 54.06, 54.07, 55.11, 55.12, 55.13, 55.14, or processed textile fabrics of cotton or man-made fibres, falling under heading Nos. 58.01, 58.02, 58.06 (except sub-heading No. 5806.20), 60.01 of 60.02 (except sub-heading No. 6002.10), of the Schedule"" shall be substituted.
5.	50/94-CE(N.T.), dt.22/9/1994	In the said notification, for the figures and words ""55.14 of the Schedule"", the figures, words, letters and brackets ""55.14, or processed textile fabrics of cotton or man-made fibres, falling under heading Nos. 58.01, 58.02, 58.06 (except sub-heading No. 5806.20), 60.01 or 60.02 (except sub-heading No. 6002.10), of the Schedule"" shall be substituted.
