Suzlon Infrastructure Limited, Gujarat Notification No : S.O. 1084(E), dated 3-7-2007. Whereas M/s. Suzlon Infrastructure Limited, a private organisation in the State of Gujarat, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Hi-tech Engineering Products and Related Services at Village Alwa and Pipariya, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Hi-tech Engineering Products and Related Services at Villages Alwa and Pipariya, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat on the 23rd May, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Villages Alwa and Pipariya, Taluka Waghodia, District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely :- Table Serial No. Survey Number Extent of land (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) 1 115/3/1 0-10-75 2. 178/13 1-90-20 3. 80/1/A 0-24-57 4. 170 0-43-50 47/1/B 0-27-20 5. 69 0-25-29 68/1 0-57-67 178/5 1-28-49 6. 164 1-90-20 7.
