Luxor Cyber City Private Limited, Haryana - S.O. 1761(E) - Special Economic Zone

Luxor Cyber City Private Limited, Haryana Notification No : S.O. 1761(E), dated 15-10-2007. Whereas M/s. Luxor Cyber City Private Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Sohna in the State of Haryana; And whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, has notified the total area of 27.07845 hectares at Sohna, in the State of Haryana as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry vide Notification No. S.O. 680(E), dated 27th April, 2007; And whereas M/s. Luxor Cyber City Private Limited has proposed to include an additional area of 7.904 hectares at Sohna in the State of Haryana as a part of that Special Economic Zone; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Sohna village on 16th August, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 7.904 hectares at Sohna, in the State of Haryana, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, to be included as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely:— TABLE Sl.
