Exemption u/s 35(1)(iii) - INSTITUTION The Karve Institute of Social Service, Poona NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.4790 DATED 15-9-1975 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( iii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the following conditions-- ( i ) The institution maintains a separate account of all funds received under this exemption ; and ( ii ) It submits an annual report to the Indian Council of Social Science Research regarding the funds received and the manner in which they were utilised. INSTITUTION The Karve Institute of Social Service, Poona. The notification will be effective from 1-7-1975 to 31-3-1978
