Notifies the Srimath Hrishikesha Teertha Swamier Trust, Palimar Muth, Udipi, S. Kanara (Karnataka) u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2145 DATED 17-4-1976 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Srimath Hrishikesha Teertha Swamier Trust, Palimar Muth, Udipi, S. Kanara (Karnataka), for the purposes of the said section. This notification takes effect from 1st April, 1976
