Notifies Special Fund for Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ex-servicemen u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2349 DATED 18-5-1976 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Special Fund for Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Ex-servicemen for the purpose of the said section for and from assessment year( s ) 1967-68
