Exemption u/s 35(1)(ii) - Institution Banasthali Vidyapith College of Arts and Science, Rajasthan NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2747 DATED 3-6-1976 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Secretary, Department of Science Technology, New Delhi, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the following conditions :-- 1. The approval will be valid for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 1-4-1976, but can be withdrawn at any time if the prescribed authority is satisfied that the college is not undertaking scientific research. 2. The college shall furnish annual returns of their scientific research activities to the prescribed authority for every financial year by 30th April each year. 3. The college shall maintain a separate account of the sums received by them for undertaking scientific research in the area of natural and applied sciences, other than agricultural/animal husbandry/fisheries and medicines.
