Notifies 'Sri Bhramaramba Malleswara Swami Vari Devasthanam, Pedakakani' u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.588 DATED 17-12-1976 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies 'Sri Bhramaramba Malleswara Swami Vari Devasthanam, Pedakakani' for the purpose of the said section for and from the assessment year 1973-74.
