Notifies The Bharat Scouts Guides u/s 10 (23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.702 DATED 17-2-1978 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies The Bharat Scouts Guides for the purpose of the said section for the assessment years 1972-73, 1973-74, 1974-75 and 1975-76.
