Notifies ( i ) Indian Naval Benevolent Association ( ii ) Indian Naval Association Fund and ( iii ) Naval Officer's Contributory Education Fund u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1967 DATED 4-3-1978 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies ( i ) Indian Naval Benevolent Association ( ii ) Indian Naval Association Fund and ( iii ) Naval Officer's Contributory Education Fund for the purpose of the said section for and from the assessment year 1962-63.
