S.O.401 DATED 5-1-1980 It is hereby notified for general information that the approval given under section 35(1)( ii ) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to the Industrial Foundation, Bombay, by notification No. 14 dated 11th March, 1954, is withdrawn with effect from 4th December, 1979, on the recommendation of the prescribed authority, the Secretary, Department of Science Technology, New Delhi.
