Notifies Andhra Pradesh Lalit Kala Akademi u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2930 DATED 4-7-1980 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Andhra Pradesh Lalit Kala Akademi for the purpose of the said section for the assessment years 1975-76 to 1980-81.
