Central Government notifies Arulmigu Venkatachalapathy Temple , Krishnapuram to be place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Tamil Nadu u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.598 DATED 28-11-1980 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)( b ) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Arulmigu Venkatachalapathy Temple, Krishnapuram (Attached to Arulmigu Nelliappar Temple, Tirunelveli), to be place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of the said section.
