S.O.2429 DATED 26-12-1980 It is hereby notified for general information that the approval given under section 35(1)( ii ) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to Nutrition Society of India, Hyderabad, vide notification No. 604 (F. No. 203/26/74--ITA. II), dated the 30th April, 1974, is withdrawn with effect from 1-4-1980 on the recommendation of the prescribed authority, the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi.
