Important cases heard in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, March 4: * HC granted bail to olympic wrestler Sushil Kumar in the murder case of former junior national wrestling champion Sagar Dhankar at Chhatrasal Stadium in the national capital * Delhi riots' accused and "United Against Hate" founder Khalid Saifi argued in HC that a constitutional court could grant him bail on account of delay in trial irrespective of the UAPA charges. * HC granted bail to alleged middleman Christian Michel James in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland money laundering case. * While staying the suspension of Jamia Millia Islamia students barred from the university campus, HC said participation in such peaceful protests were the part of the "training to inculcate the basic principles and norms of civil society". * Delhi Police sought in HC the setting aside of an order over the supply of list of documents to Bibhav Kumar, an aide of former CM Arvind Kejriwal, in the Swati Maliwal assault case.
