I have registered myself as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in the year 2013. Prior to that, I have worked in the Customs Department (CBIC), Govt. of India for about 27 years in various capacities and at different places. I specialize in indirect tax laws and allied laws (Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, GST, Refunds, FEMA, PMLA, IBC, Banking laws, shipping matters, etc). In addition, I also take up cases in respect of direct tax, however, only for High Courts. I practice before the adjudicatory authorities, appellate authorities (Commissioner-Appeals, CESTAT) all over India and Bombay High Court and Goa High Court. I have arrangements (Advocates on Record) for filing matters before any High Court in India and also before the Supreme Court of India. I also take up settlement of cases in respect of both direct as well as indirect taxes.
