We are starting a new online Journal, where the users (both Indian and foreigners) can upload their research articles on payment of upload charges (in Rupees as well as Foreign Currency). The users can download any article from this journal free of cost.

What statutes/acts are applicable to this online journal?

What procedures are to be followed from registration onward of this journal.
