Documents to be submitted in Excise office for export to SEZ

  • Contents

I have a client in SEZ to whom I exported the goods.I am an excise dealer and merchant exporter. I have asked excise rebate by my manufacturer. But he do not know the process for filing rebate through ARE-1. Please tell me what documents should he submit to the Excise department.

All documents required for filing rebate claim under normal export are also required under claiming rebate claim for export to Sez.

The Proof of export i.e Custom Attested ARE-1 needs to produce as Proof of Export within 45 Days from the date of clearance before the Jurisdictional AC/DC.
