Rate of VAT on Bread crumbs in Delhi & Haryana, VAT + CST

Dear Experts,

Our one item named bread crumbs processed from Corn/wheat flour, chemicals and preservatives and its used in quoting and de-frying for cutlets etc.

Now my query is to please confirm under which schedule of VAT tax of Delhi and Haryana is taxable and under what heading and at what rate.

In Delhi it is 5% and in Haryana it falls under Exempted list of goods refer schedule B 10
Bread except pizza bread​
