Form 26 AS does not indicate TDS certificate numbers, is it essential to provide TDS cert. numbers in the ITR or will TAN number of deductor suffice ? TDS certificate number is not necessary only deducted year to mandatory file in the income tax return , TAN number is sufficient to claim the TDS. Click here to check TDS credit
