We were firms with 2 partners one partner died and same date new partners were added sales tax authority is not giving new registration at the same address because of court matter where court has already declared us tenant last year they cancelled my registration and we went to tribunal court where the judgement was passes in our favour

The registration procedures under VAT vary from one State to another.The issue can be resolved if the information is provided as to in which State the registration VAT is required.
We were firms with 2 partners and one partner dies and on same date his legal heir is added on the samendate to continue the business. Sales tax authority in mumbai is not giving me new registration on same sddress because it was court matter where smallcauses court has already declared us the tenant. Last year also they cancelled our registration on same ground and we went to tribunal court mumbai salestax where the judgement was in our favour saying that we are in settle position since last 45 years at same place please help me to saolve the matter
