manufacture unit with trading, Central Excise

Dear Sir

If "A" unit is a manufacturing unit but now A is going to start trading also. So please give the instruction for process and how and whose returns of excise will be filled?

The same goods cannot be trading from the manufacturing premises. Both should be separate.
