Help in finding notification / circular

  • Contents

I would like to help people asking questions but I am unable to find notification / Circular which I had read earlier. I am seeing that all TMI experts write answer buy providing link with notification / Circular number. How experts remember number ?? What is the easy way to find it ??

Please support. Please help. Please reply.

Dear Sh.Krishan Barai Ji,

I insert the issue on google and there appear so many sites which have already posted reply. TMI also appears on the google if reply exists on that particular issue, thereafter I examine the reply, if I find the reply still relevant, then I post the reference in stead of posting reply. Thus my time is also saved.I also cross-check reply with EXCUS Electronic Library and latest case laws/ Notifaction/Circular on TMI, if any. It is not a question of razor-sharp memory but hard work coupled with your knowledge and experience is involved.

Dear Barai,

I agree with the views of Shri. Kasturi Sethi Ji,

Further, I would like to state that there are different practices followed by different people. like, some people remember which is a God gift, some people, whenever they come across any important topic/clarification/ circular/notification, they store such details in their own style suits for easy retrieval and majority of the people use google or other search for getting the required information.

You may have to identify/choose is a better option for effective retrieval whenever required.

Best Regards

Suryanarayana

Sir tax person has to read a lot. When Ant walks on rock repeatedly then it creates a path on hard rock. Similarly if you read a lot your sub contious mind stores the data. When you get a query the mind triggers the reply. Thanks.

Sir, I believe that maximum querist expects the answer in Yes or No. Thus we should reply to the point which will not confuse them. I think only when querist demand for reference of law then only should be given. Needbased work.

Sri Kasturi Sir please give your view on this. Thanks
