Revalidation of CT-3 is not possible please ask your vendor to getting certificate from his range as non utilised and submitted your range office and issue new CT-3 .

However, in case of any short utilization of CT-1, amendment can be approved by the Jurisdictional Central Excise Department on verification of material facts and documentary evidences.
