Dear Experts please tell me the late fees for filling ER-1 under central excise and also suggest me that how to pay this and where to show this amount in ER-1

Penalty of ₹ 100 per day subject to maximum of ₹ 20000/- has been prescribed for late filing of returns.

This penalty is required to be paid in Challan under penalty head and is to shown in Misc payments under Other Payments.

can we claim Excise duty paid on Inputs used in export goods after an expiry of 1 year??
