Dear Sir / Mam Please advice :- 1) We are registered with Central Excise this year, can we avail the cenvat credit in capital goods received in Exemption period ( Previous Period). 2) If we send Nepal export against LUT, and payment received through LC, INR , this condition, what we do on the time of submit Proof of Export. and what is the required documents : - VI$HAL GARG Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 3 of 3 Records Page: 1
1.Pl. read Rule 6(4) of Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004 deeply. 2. Export to Nepal is at par with other countries. Period of six months for submission of proof of export from the date of clearance of excisable goods from the factory. The department extends the time limit on request.
