Self Credit notification, Central Excise

Respected experts ,

In Central Excise our one unit is availing refund under 1/2010 notification by way of self credit.

the other unit is availing refund 56/2002 ,under which notification this unit shall avail refund by way of self credit . self credit scheme was started in 2006

You would have to check the amendments to notifications 56/2002 in this regard. Sorry right now we don't have access to our system as we are replying through Mobile phone.
