What is the meaning of pure service given by central, stat Government or by local authority? Is there any difference between Pure service and pure labour contract? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 4 of 4 Records Page: 1
Hi Pallav Supply of services without involving any supply of goods would be treated as supply of ‘pure services’. For example, supply of man power for cleanliness of roads, public places, architect services, consulting engineer services, advisory services, and like services provided by business entities not involving any supply of goods would be treated as supply of pure services.
I support the views of Sh.Parveen Nair Ji. Further, added that C & F Agent and CHA are best examples of Pure Agent Services. You work for and on behalf of client.
E.g. housekeeping work is pure service . whereas, giving manpower to do housekeeping work is a pure Labour contract .
Sh.Kalyani Ji is right. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
