I had sell one industrial propery which i sold and i had a capital gain on said property. Can anyone under which section i can claim exemption if again purchase industrial property.?

My query is that , I sold one industrial property which i had it put on rent earlier and now i sold that property and i had capital gain on that Property , so can u please tell me in which section i can claim exemption ?
