Is Aadhar mandatory to apply for getting GST refunds. The director of the company is the authorised signatory for the company. While filing GST refund application, name as per Aadhar is mismatching with and GST registration due to initial expanded in GST registration. In aadhar, the initial is given. for example : Aadhar = S.Ram in GST registration = Srinivasan Ram Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 6 of 6 Records Page: 1
