Customs Circular No. 25/2024 provides a relaxation for importers, allowing them to manually file monthly IGCR 3 statements until the 31st of Jan 2025. The circular also states that from Feb 2025 onwards, monthly IGCR 3 statements must be filed electronically via the IGCR Portal.

• Could you please confirm whether the government has made the facility available for importers to electronically file the monthly IGCR 3 statement on the IGCR Portal (ICEGATE)?
• If the facility is available, could you share any FAQs or tutorials regarding the electronic filing of monthly IGCR 3 statements on the IGCR Portal (ICEGATE)?
