TDS Return, Income Tax

TDS return was submitted quoting wrong PAN of the party. The party could not get credit from Income Tax though TDS certificate was issued mentioning correct PAN. can we file revised TDS return or any other remedy so that the party does not suffer because of our mistake

1.yes you can file a revised return correcting the mistake so that the party can claim the credit.
