Yes, all services done by CA's are covered under Service Tax except services related to representation before the statutory authorties in the course of proceedings initiated under any law by way of issue of notice.

Any service provided or to be provided to any person, by a practising chartered accountant in his professional capacity, in any manner; shall be considered as taxable services and service tax shall be leviable on all professional services rendered by a chartered accountant.
