Identification of PAN Number, Income Tax

Is there any way to find out the PAN of a party with the party name alone available without providing date of incorporation/birth date/surname etc....

Sir,

For knowing the pan number of an assessee, date of incorporation or date of birth is required. Without the date of incorporation or date of birth the pan of an assessee can't be viewed.
