ASSESEE DOING JEWELLERY BUSINESS. HE PARTICIPATES IN EXHIBHITIONS AT HOTELS AND OTHER PLACES. WHAT IS THE RATE OF TDS TO BE DEDCUTED BY THE ASSESSE ON THE PAYMENTS MADE BY HIM TO THE EXHIBHITORS WHO CONDUCT SUCH EXHIBHITIONS. UNDER WHICH SECTION THY FALL.
