input credit on material purchased to built storage tank, Service Tax

we  are covered by catagory of  "storage and warehousing " service providers. We ahve purchased raw material to built storage tanks to store liquids.

Que. Can I get full cenvat credid in first year on the goods purchased to build these tanks ?

Though, pertaining to this matter, judgments are either side.  Keep the Department informed about such initiative, if you are willing to avail the CENVAT credit.

Though the judgment are very old.  You may refer the latest notification no.18/2012-NT dtd. 17th March 2012.
