Whether Service Tax Paid on  Rent of Immovable property can be claimed as CENVAT Credit? If Yes from which Date?

From the date of levy, it was available as CENVAT credit on input services, subject to the provisions of CENVAT credit Rules, 2004 as amended from time to time.
