I have taken my PAN from a small town of orissa,when I was working there.Now I am working at cuttack.Can I file my IT return at Cuttack IT office.My present Employer's address is at Rourkela.

In case you have changed your place of working permanently, you need to get your PAN amended and can file the return accordingly. Otherwise, you may continue to file your return at old address. There are certain other factors working like employer's address but only for limited purpose.
