..... ing satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts low temperature thermo-plastic splinting material and parts made of such material, falling within Chapter 39 or 90 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) when imported into India for use as fracture and spinal braces by the handicapped person or persons who have become temporarily disable .....
