..... f the Special Economic Zones Act 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the Act ) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Manufacture and Export of Aluminium along with 1215 MW Captive Power Plant at Bhurkamunda, Brundamal and Kurebaga Village Tehsil and District-Jharsuguda, in the State of Orissa; And whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , has notified a total area of 166.91 hectares at Rhurkamunda, Brundamal and Kurebaga Villages, Tehsil and District-Jharsuguda, in the State of Orissa as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry notification No. S.O. 576 .....
